Accordingly, we present our current starting fees:

• Single Family Residence (including primary garage) start at $425
• Townhomes* start at $350
• Condominiums** start at $325

*Conventional Multi-unit - Active HOA. Two-on-a-lot and 3-on-a-lot should be inspected as SFR
**Single level (Apartment-type)
