Our Report
All of the inspections above are designed to give you information and peace of mind. They include a written, narrative report (not a checklist), usually printed on-site at the end of the inspection to save you time. Reports are also emailed and or available to you on-line for easy access.

Additionally, all of our inspections are backed by comprehensive Errors & Omissions and General Liability Insurance for protection.
Our Staff
Property Professor’s office staff is here to help you by answering questions, quoting fees, and scheduling inspections.
Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We regularly take calls in person after business hours and on weekends, and are committed to returning all messages promptly. You can order an inspection on-line as well, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
